So, I don’t know if it’s new or not but Kal Rau has this leather jacket out that comes in 3 versions when you buy it. The version shown has a tshirt and button up shirt with it. It also comes with just the tshirt and with no shirt at all. You know, in case you have a favorite tshirt you’d like to wear with it or something.

I like it. The textures on it are pretty awesome. But I do have a complaint.  What is up with making the prim parts no mod? I understand that yes, you have resize scripts in everything but not having the ability to manipulate the prim so it fits perfectly is kind of a giant pain in my ass.

So you remember how a little while ago I showed you the Bad Boy pants from WMD? They were the ones that had the buttons undone and the fly down. And I commented on how I wished they had a pair of them with the fly zipped up and the jeans buttoned? Well I apparently am a giant dork and didn’t look hard enough as I found them when I made a trip over there. So….here they are.

This is the one in black. They have other colors. I got teal and green. When I get more funny money we’re going to get the others.

They also released pants called “Bret”. I knew a Bret in RL once. Dude was a total douche nozzle but the pants, they’re pretty damn cool. They come in different colors too. I got black because black matches with everything and it appeals to my dark and gothic soul….or something.

Artilleri also made the glasses. They’re called “Buddy glasses”. In the military they’re referred to as BCG’s “Birth Control Glasses” because you’ll never get laid wearing them. Or at least they used to be. Who knew they’d be hip again?

I actually really like Artilleri. I wish they had more guy stuff, but then that is pretty much everywhere no?

It’s been awhile since I’ve been shopping in Second Life. Apparently there were some places I had not discovered yet. So here is a fashion post in which I show off what I got. Well at least some of it. Had I posted ALL of it at once some of you whiners would have been all “OMG this is too long to read!! Why have you offended my delicate internet sensibilities?”

So at the suggestion of somebody more in the know than me I went down to this store called +grasp+. And lo and behold they had stuff which I wished to own. So I picked up these pants that are called Stone Skull Jeans and this jacket which oddly enough is called Leather Biker Jacket/Black. The leather jacket comes with an optional collar (which you have to buy seperately) that has a lot of texture options for the buttons and stars. I only really have one complaint about the store. They have their logo on everything they make in really obvious places (the buttons on the jacket, on the jeans right leg) . Now, I understand branding. I understand that content creators want to get their brand out there. But too much is overkill and the person buying the stuff could end up feeling much like a personal adboard. And I don’t know about you, but I only watch NASCAR for the crashes.

The shirt is from .:Hermony:.. Oddly enough it’s called STFU. Maybe because that is what it says? Who knows? Regardless I like the message…and the shirt.

I am going to shoot straight here. I like the suits. The Infinite Tie thingy and it’s HUD takes some getting used to. On Milano by Night the lapel and tie are linked and the collar is separate. If I had to make a suggestion it’d have to be for all 3 to have their own controls. Otherwise Gentlemen, the feature will save a lot of room in your inventory since it color changes to match your shirt and you get a lot of tie options with it.

And now we move to Rome.

I like the Roma suit. Couple of minor things bug me but they are not deal breakers. Usually when I wear a suit I like for the jacket to be a bit longer.(EDITED TO ADD: IT also helps when I am not a dumbass and don’t notice the bottom jacket prim) Also, and the same goes with the Milano I have no idea why clothing designers go for prim cuffs on pants and jackets/shirts when it’s not exactly needed. Since I do not make clothing(yet)  I could not definitely say for sure. It could be something I am missing.

Otherwise both suits are pretty damn nifty. He recently released a Tuxedo as well but at this point if I have any more tuxedos I am going to need to start drinking Vodka Martini’s shaken not stirred.

Artilleri just released a sweater in several colors called Marius. It comes in green,black,brown,navy,purple, and red. For this as you can probably tell we’re showing you the brown one.

By the way, hopefully not overshadowed by her awesome new skins Ryker Beck has released several new sets of eyes as well.

What really impressed me about the sweater is that it did not have the problem of the prim attachment textures sticking out texture wise from the clothing part.Also, I actually did not have to adjust the prims they just kind of fit perfectly. This is good for several reasons. The most important being I’m lazy.

The pants are from Artilleri as well. Out of the 192735759893625 cargo pants made in Second Life they are some of the better ones.
