In my continuing quest to find shit to do in Second Life I have discovered that Ivey and Roblem from Sn@tch have opened up a little lounge type club called “The Volcano Room”. So far out of the few clubs I have been to lately it is my favorite. It’s nicely decorated, not too big, not too small, and doesn’t have badly animated pictures of chicks in reverse silicon cowgirl. The music is varied as well. Anything from Goth to mashups and some country thrown in for good measure.
Today however is there Grand Opening. It is also the 70th Birthday of Chuck “I will totally be El Jefe of Texas” Norris. They are planning on having DJ’s from Noon SLT to 1amSLT.
The schedule is as follows:
- 12-2pm: DJ Ylva Korhonen
- 2-4pm: DJ DoomCookie
- 4-6pm: DJ Enzuru Onizuka
- 6-8pm: DJ Julian Battitude
- 8-10pm: DJ Zarabella Ming
- 10pm-1am: DJ Dov Watanabe
They will be having trivia throughout the grand opening in regards to “Our Lord of the Jumping Spinning Side Kick”. Gift Cards to Sn@tch will be rewarded. A good time will be had by all. So I expect to see some of you at The Volcano Room
