So, Hi there! Yes, I know it’s been awhile. I got distracted and started doing other things. But it’s okay now, we’re here for you now. And we bring new shiny things to show you! So awhile back I subscribed to the I<3SL group. And while yes, almost everything posted is for the ladies on the rare occasion something unisex or for men comes across and we jump on it. So without further delay.
Seriously, I sat here for 20 minutes and my brain came up with “Hey Clothes” for a blog post title. So anyway, I decided to start looking at the stores owned by my plurk friends and I stumbled into *Fir*. Which is owned by Rob1977 Moonites. And then I bought stuff. Below is what happened.
So I was out and about this morning perusing the feeds and the stores seeing what there was too see. Somehow I stumbled in to a store called VITAMEN. So, here is the result of when I walked out of the store.

So, during my shopping the other day I picked up several things. I’m going to show them to you now and then probably ramble about stuff as I suck down anti-flu medication and painkillers like they were going out of style.
I bought stuff, I liked it, I threw it together in an outfit. You know, the usual.
So if I am reading my notecards and notices correctly it appears that Tonktastic has finally finished their Tactical Series.
It has finally happened. Second Life is finally catching up to my RL fashion obsession. Hawaiian Shirts. I love them, I will wear them all the time. I have a closet dedicated especially for them. I will wearing them in the summer time, I will wear them when it’s 10 below. It does not matter. So hooray for Artilleri releasing a shirt called “Nicke in Hawaii”!
This is the one in black. They have other colors. I got teal and green. When I get more funny money we’re going to get the others.
They also released pants called “Bret”. I knew a Bret in RL once. Dude was a total douche nozzle but the pants, they’re pretty damn cool. They come in different colors too. I got black because black matches with everything and it appeals to my dark and gothic soul….or something.
Artilleri also made the glasses. They’re called “Buddy glasses”. In the military they’re referred to as BCG’s “Birth Control Glasses” because you’ll never get laid wearing them. Or at least they used to be. Who knew they’d be hip again?
I actually really like Artilleri. I wish they had more guy stuff, but then that is pretty much everywhere no?

So a few days ago Sanura Snowpaw of *Dreams* asked on plurk for sayings she could turn into tattoos. I am happy to say one of the quotes I threw out there got selected.
She also made these really cool jeans that come in various colors. They’re unisex (And if they are not well too bad I am wearing them anyways) and have musical notes on them. Which is very cool and a step away from the vast multitude of regular jeans you see flooding the grid.
The quote I suggested comes from Lao Tzu. For those of you who don’t know Lao Tzu was a philosopher in ancient China and is the central figure in the philosophy of Taoism. The quote reads as follows:
