Grim Bros. It’s not just a store.  It’s also a raging addiction.  Cutea Benelli makes some of the most incredible original outrageously fabulous in your face outfits.  They are not just gorgeous, but also always well made, and so amazingly creative.  And they have a wonderful sense of humor about them as well.  You also need some cojones to wear these outfits–trust me, when you go to an event wearing a Cutea Benelli creation you are sure to break some necks on your way in the door.

The ensemble I am wearing today is the Ex Machina Steampunk Faerie avatar set. It comes with skin, outfit, beating heart attachment, (see video above for an illustration of the heart in motion) and shoes, and like most Grim Bros/Cutea Benelli outfits, also has bonus alternate accessories included.  I have also added a few items from the Cuprum Copper Avatar set, which featured a plainer copper skin, and more android-like attachments.

Excellent, Juana! I’d been to the Grim Bros. store a few times before, but only really took the time to look around this past week while shopping for Zombie Prom attire. The designs are dark, interesting and stacked with details…I can’t wait to go back!

Cutea is one of the most innovative and exciting designers on the grid. And she will be doing the Hot For Zombies fashion show. Her stuff makes me swoon.
